2024 spring / summer. I though this was more fleshed out and satisfying versus other recent encounters - very nice — 4 months ago
At Rijs Amsterdam recommended for fourth course of white asparagus. Beautiful! A more complex Rose that gets under your skin without you noticing until you think hey what’s that? Do soft in texture but shows complexity and it lingers. Paired perfectly. Yum! A surprise and a great discovery. — 2 years ago
2024/9/18. Compared to the dark, brooding Lavieres, this is much more red and open-knit, which I appreciate overall. There is still some powdery tannin, with a woody stone fruit pit character, and dense fruit. There’s also a notable floral note (rose?) with the red berry and cherry on the nose. The acidity is crisp. This would definitely benefit with more time to integrate, but is more approachable than that Lavieres (or at least the bottle I had) — 3 months ago
2023/6. Lovely aromas and a good mix of creamy fruit and spice. The acidity was quite prominent though (and this from someone who loves acidity)… — 2 years ago
Smoky, slightly reductive, crisp apples, fragrant lemon peel and quite a bit of body. Nice balance between a smooth and creamy texture but still stringent and quite sharp - wonderful Auxey-Duresses Blanc — 2 months ago
At Pluck. Excellent fruit for a lighter Burgundy — a year ago
