Pale straw . Quite floral , citrus , chalky touches , blanched almonds , after a while some pastry and yeasty notes . Quite creamy on the palate , with some herbal , chalky notes , lemon rind and quite high acidity , ok yeasty finish. This is well balanced and quite fresh in style , drinking well now I would drink this over the next 3-5 years . — 3 months ago
