This wine has a greenish gold tint in the glass. The nose offers plenty of minerality, from wet sidewalk to limes. The palate is similarly blessed with savory salinity as well as a racy acidity. Notes of pear, stone fruit and Meyer lemon also appear, but are more subdued. The finish is quite long and tart. Pair with shrimp or crab, or simply enjoy a sip or two.
