Solid for the price. Still young. Not too distinctive. A little acidic and tart. — 3 days ago
Very good Rosso di Montalcino! Especially with hard cheese and Italian bread! Would also be great with pasta, grilled meats, etc al. Just okay as a sipping wine but comes alive with food!Cherries, brambley fruits, low tannins, good qpr especially as compared to Brunello! — 19 days ago
This 2019 has subtle aromas with olives and herbs on initial palate. Figgy with tart and dried cherries. Solid, not spectacular — 13 days ago
Sangiovese / sagrantino / montepulciano blend from hilltop vineyard, several years of tank and cask ageing but no new wood. Huge wine but somehow manages to be lively and dimensional. Dark, fleshy red and black fruits with lots of savory, herbal and floral elements — 22 days ago
Superb! '24 xmas gathering at home. First of 6 bottles. Can't wait for this to develop further. — 13 days ago

2007 vintage.
Black cherry, leather, black tea, plum and mushroom.
Tannins are well developed and acidity is still crisp on the finish.
Beautiful with Wagyu beef. — 9 days ago
