Chalky minerality, salinity, citrus and pomaceous fruits. High acidity, medium+ finish. Good concentration. Called it Chablis. I guess I wasn’t entirely wrong 😆. — a year ago
Very smooth and rich balancing the high acidity. Sweet apples, peach and upfront oak. Fairly sweet but the acidity carries that. Enjoyable before dinner with cheese and crackers. — 2 months ago
