Definitely a contemporary 100% Chard sourced from Côte de Beaune & Haute-Côtes de Nuis (Côte d’Or), Burgundy’s epicenter for somewhat affordable chards. On the nose, all citrus notes with white flowers are inviting, the palate gets stimulated by the orange peel, baked pear peels as well, it has the right amount of acidity with some distant subtle touch of creaminess and very pristine finish.
