Im offenausschank und vorher noch auf delectable gecheckt. Bei den noten dachte ich erst dass es nicht ganz der gleiche wein von diesem produzenten sein kann. It was a Sine Qua Non night (which are always my favorites!). This was surprisingly tight given its age. Came back to it a couple of days later and it was SO MUCH better. If you have this in your cellar and are planning to pull it soon, I’d suggest a 4-hour decant to let it open up. It’ll be fantastic! — 5 years ago
