Very nice barbaresco. Haven’t had this producer before. Quite accessible at this age. Pretty classic Nebbiolo color and profile. Seamless with nice fruit and earth and leather. Good acid and a long finish. Great pairing with a steak and veal sorrentina at campagnola. Enjoyed quite a bit!

Pale lemon-hued. Aromas and flavors of apple, banana, honey, mango, and tangerine. Medium-minus body and medium-plus acidity. A lovely, fruity bouquet on the nose; a soft, yet tangy, mouthfeel; and an easy, lingering finish with a hint of minerals. — 6 years ago

Русной сбор с виноградника Монте Фоскарино. Выдка в стали и дозревает в бут. Аромат луговых трав. Яркий вкус с горчинкой,с оттенками дрожжей и пикантным пвк — 9 years ago
A lovely floral, yet not cloying wine. A peach hue to the color gives some clues to the playful nature of the wine, but at the same time it is a serious wine. A truly lovely glass of wine. — 11 years ago

Drinking a 2010 vintage in December 2019 and this wine is still drinking quite well and it could be argued that it’s at or near it’s peak. Excellent nose, beautiful color and lasting finish. Pairs well with red meats, stews, soups, cheeses and breads. Also roasted pork dishes that are more flavorful. Glad I bought a case and cellared it for several years. — 7 years ago
