At my Chardonnay Challenge of 6 wines with very close scores the Heytesbury finished 6th. I still gave it 95 points and a Gold Medal. HH said “powerful grapefruit and citrus - Gingin/Mendoza clones and 97 points “. A semi regular annual purchase for me. — a month ago
Just a glass, but it was stunning. On the nose, notes of red fruits, peaches, flowers, chalk, herbs, spices, and light smokiness. Super saline and energetic on the palate, with a nice citric drive. Just so tasty. Wish there was more, but I was late to the party and that was all that was left for me. I guess I should be grateful. If anything, it firmly confirms my love for this cuvée - definitely one of my favourite rosés in Champagne. — 2 months ago

Very nice on the nose with plenty of layers. Sour cherries, black tea, tobacco, tomatoe leaf, rocks, violets. Very tannic and acidic finish. — 23 days ago
