January 10, 2024. Restaurant purchase. Decanted. Lovely Super Tuscan. Dark fruit, cocoa. Should evolve nicely over the next couple years, but good now w/30-60 minute decant. — a month ago
Sweet, well bodied, a sparkling red. Reminds me of Casa Rosa red. This is the exact type of wine we love and enjoy with Italian meals. Highly recommend. — a month ago

Popped and poured; no formal notes. Bright golden color; persistent mousse; lemon citrus, meringue, brioche for dayzzz. Fantastic acid. Long finish. Gastronomic bubbles but so good it can be enjoyed on its own. This is far and away the greatest sparkling wine I’ve yet had from Italy. A wow wine. Too bad it’s priced like tête de cuvée Champagne. Regardless, whenever someone is pouring it, you should shift your attention to this. “I know I would. Heck, I’d go back for seconds!” Drink now or over the next 10+ years. — 2 years ago
Nicely aged Nebbiolo. Nose a combination of lifted fresh and dried roses, strawberry, hint of caramel, earthy mushroom compost. Slightly dusty. On the palate a nice, silky texture without rough tannic edges and a good dose of acidity. Strawberry, raspberry, sour cherry. Decent length. A nice pairing with homemade carbonara. — a month ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed with brunch. The Trento Brut pours a light straw color with persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of yellow apple, white peach, fresh brioche, lemon curd and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. Easily some of the best bubbles available for $25. Disgorged in 2024. Drink now. — 20 days ago
