Excellent with pasta. I’m not a huge Italian wine person but this was great. — 2 years ago
2016s are epic so far. Lazzairesco in Serralunga. Little more macho than the little sister Santa Caterina vineyard. Beautiful fruit, ripe cherry, classic liquorish, balsamic, rose or just smells beautifully of the Langhe. :) — 3 years ago
I love this Montalcino ($63 Davidson’s) and the general cherry-herbal-menthol flavor profile of Montalcinos. I’ve had this one before, and enjoyed just as much. The highest Delectable rated of my recent Montalcino purchases, interestingly. — 6 months ago
Nice nose! Bright ruby color! Big flavor yet balanced! Subtle chocolate in this one. Very good. Tasty tasty. For those about to rock💥 — 2 years ago

Fantastic Chardonnay bubbly from Longoria region of NW Italy. A brief sweet start and dry clean finish. — 6 months ago
Delightful wine enjoyed with meat and cheese in the early evening. Strong flavor that I love. — a year ago
Crisp, hint of yeasty-ness, high acidity cutting through. Very champagne/franciacorta — 2 years ago

Ruby rust, with ripe red fruit, raisins and cherries, well balanced and smooth. Mature. Easily the best Chianti I’ve had. Impressive! — 5 months ago
