The 2023 Rosé is deep, complex and layered, with ripe nectarine, rose garden and sweet cherry fruit notes. Beautifully expressive and floral on the nose, savory, salty mineral tones meet red berry freshness and an undercurrent of spice in the mouth. Takes about 60 minutes to coax out the typical Chablis characteristics. Rich citrus fruits, mother of pearl salinity. The acid is there, but the dense fruit is overpowering at the moment. I suspect with time this will flesh out. Longish finish. Very good. — 4 months ago

2021 vintage. "Mule Blanche" is Jaboulet's white flagship Crozes-Hermitage, a blend of Marsanne and Roussanne from 40 years old estate vineyards. Expressive nose bursting with white fruit, flowers and fresh herbs. Bright and crisp fruit with mouthwatering acidity and a distinctive minerality. Very long minty finish.
