2013, birth year of my daughter. Couldn't resist buying one of these to try. The cork broke down in 2 while pulling. I managed to extract the rest of it without much damage 😅
Earthy nose with blackberry, cherry, soy sauce, leather and some oaky notes too. The palate is well made with some nice acid drive, some width, little matter and cherry notes and some oaky touches lurking in the rear all along. Tannins are now well integrated and the finish is oaky, earthy and cherry-forward. It's a bit thin, maybe because of the vintage. It's pretty well made but lacks intensity, matter and length to be great. Good tasting experience nevertheless and great pairing to homemade lasagna 👌🏻 — 10 months ago

Deep red fruit, cassis, slightly dusty. Explodes at first, then recedes with time. Wow. — 10 months ago
very pretty, elegant structure, a little dusty , a little too rich on the dark fruits, like a little over ripe. but all in all very nice 11 year old wine — 3 months ago
Delicious Bordeaux — 9 months ago
1985 vintage. A nice surprise and another testimony to the ageing potential of the great 1985 vintage. Still a solid colour at 37 years old. Smoke and cedar wood, good concentration of dried fruits and spices. There is complexity and length, well worth seeking out if you like older wines. — 2 years ago

2020 vintage. Last tasted 11.26.24 (9.2). This bottle a little more harmonious and drinking ever so slightly better. Sooo close to a 9.3 I could see it. Lots of dark fruit. Would purchase again. 04.01..25. — 23 days ago
