A well made version of vermentino.

Nose is aromatic lemon extract. Very fresh and clean. Very Italian. Some richness as it opens.

Palate is nicely mineral and balanced. Light gods lemon soda. Very sprightly on the palate. A hint of lemon pith. Richer as it opens. Great acidic balance.

Something in new wants to try this in 7 years for some reason.

Would be awesome with crudo.

It’s one of those wines that is an incredibly great version of what it’s supposed to be.

Pale lemon yellow color, blend of Trebbiano, Malvasia, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Bianco, with aromas of fruit and floral notes, aged for about 6 months, 50/50 in stainless and oak. On the palate flavors of pear, apple and lemon citrus with notes of floral and vanilla. Medium+ finish ending with fruit, floral and chalky mineral character. Nice! — 2 years ago
