Ruby core with a garnet/brick rim. Intense aromas of black olives, burnt rubber, asphalt, violets and mint. Black olive tapenade for days on the palate with additional notes of balsamic vinegar, blueberry and tobacco. Loaded with VA. Pleasant oily (animal fat) texture. Extremely long finish. Medium in body but high in intensity! Only 12% ABV. Totally unique and delicious! Thank you so much for sharing, Kase! ā 2 years ago
3 months in bourbon whiskey barrel. Would recommend. Peppery & bright. You can imagine the distilled finish. ā 2 months ago
Mineral, oak and a bit of bret on the nose. Pretty good acid balance with the fruit. Not overly oaked and not trying to be a butter bomb. Short clean finish. Not deeply complex. ā 3 years ago
