This wine is golden colored in the glass. The nose is loaded with fruit. I find peach, pear, apple, and mango in the aroma profile, along with a hint of minerality and citrus. The palate is refreshingly acidic and shows apple, pear, lemon and lime flavors. I paired it with a ham and provolone sandwich and was glad I did. If you have some shrimp or crab that’s not doing anything, that should work even better. — a year ago

Trying the Mas de Daumas Gassac lineup. Aside from their flagship Languedoc red this might be my fav. It’s rose sparkling with incredibly bright strawberry notes and deep acidity. Light lees flavour. The hefty body and full mousse really make it stand out. Wow. — 2 months ago
