Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Rosé Grenache Blend 2023

H & I don’t regularly drink a Rosé as we prefer drier wines; however as recommended by our neighborhood Liquor store we found it quite good - not as ‘sweet’ as some Rosé wines- and we enjoyed it ‘at home’ with my Chicken Parmesan & eggplant Parmesan — 2 months ago

Reserve de Gassac Sélection Guibert Vin de Pays de l'Hérault White Blend 2020

Tempting pear, orange and tarragon aromas. Evocative of walking past drying hay on a warm day. Rich almond and pear in the mouth, enough acidity and a lingering finish. I'm matching it with some trout which should work. — 3 years ago

Vin de Pays de l'Hérault White Blend 2023

Vintage 2023 | Obvious very young, shy smell, refinement, papaya impression. Lots of character, powerful grace like a ballet dancer. Treat! — 5 months ago

Rosé Frizant Vin de Pays de l'Hérault Cabernet Sauvignon Blend 2021

The QPR across the Daumas lineup has always astounded me, & this rose sparkling is no different: fine mouse & a clean, detailed palate, all fresh cut strawberries. Nice balance too between dry & fruitiness,& just enough heft to carry this past a toast into a first course. — 2 years ago
