Black cherry, chocolate, tannins are light, semi dry, would buy again. We both enjoyed it. — a month ago
My review may not be beneficial to all because of my drinking style. I drink the bottle myself over the course of a week. With this Freakshow Cab Sauv, my review changed from the first to last glass. The first glass was strong, thin, and barely enjoyable. With subsequent glasses tasted a developing sweetness and thickness. I realize this is counter intuitive to wines normally being best when being allowed to breathe a bit after opening. Just wasn’t the case for me with this one. Rating was a 6.5 to start and a 9.5 at the end I’m grading with a curve to give it an overall 9. Will buy again based on Freakshow reputation and hope for a better early result. — 2 months ago

Kurt wine. Lovely. Upgraded version of a lower priced option but worth it. Would get again. Dry, earthy, balanced, dusty in a good way. — 4 days ago
Great as Pinots go but only good for this maker. These half bottles continue to perplex. — 3 months ago
N cherry cough syrup a bit. Cranberry.
P almost dusty. Solid. Good cherry. Subtly herbs.

Really, great malbec at its peak — 4 days ago
Issue with the half bottle again. These just aren’t right…. Would be good if not. — a month ago
I liked this more than I can remember liking a syrah. Restrained, well balanced, delicious. — 4 months ago

Saline, dry, red berry, citrus rind, bitters. Very nice, but I prefer a little more fruit and a little more French. With the first grill of the season! Charred salmon, asparagus, corn on the cob, and strawberry tomato and watermelon salad — 24 days ago
