Day 2: The initial nose of cigarette smoke blew off. Aromas of menthol, orange zest, reduced cherry, but also bright cranberry. Herbaceous. Fresh and costal on the palate. A touch of salinity, but also savory notes. Gets much better with air. — 4 years ago

2005 Vintage. 12.5% Alcohol. Throwing caution to the wind after the premoxed 2009 Domaine Costal Chablis and opened a 2005 Fevre Chablis and was not disappointed for their entry level (non-vineyard designate). Good acidity, minerals and citrus zest. — 5 years ago
