Another great value from this top-notch and criminally underrated co-op. Rich and luxurious in aroma and mouthfeel. Loads and loads of mineral and earthy notes over rich dark berries. A little bit of animal too. Great balance. Nice length and concentration. — 5 months ago
A ton of minerality on this one. Sea spray, quartz, lemon, yellow pear, white peach, creamy but with good acidity. Wound pair great with oysters but also dishes with a light cream sauce. — 3 years ago

Traditional 100% Gamay coming from a Vineyard by the hills with a stony clay soil on shallow blue stones, manually harvested from vines averaging +50 years. A wine made in very small quantities (around 2500 bottles per harvest).
Plummy, dark prunes, red fruit marmalade, delicate acidity, a more fruit-forward styled Gamay on both nose and palate. Very long finish with medium tannins and a bit of rich at the very end. Can even be paired with lean and shredded beef in red sauces. — 3 days ago
