Very floral, great with food or for sipping. Would buy again — 4 days ago
Tasted it along side Juliette and it’s striking how different they are. Big stone fruit, nice acid, should age wonderfully, I bought multiples of this. — 6 months ago

NV What a good effort of the cooperative from d’Orschwiller. Very refreshing and festive bubbly from Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois. Got Gold from Gilbert & Gaillard. Expressive mousse. The muselet says ‘Amour’ and that’s a good attitude to this Cremant. And life of course… have a good Sunday. Paired with scrambled eggs for breakfast. — 2 years ago
This has aged well, would hold it’s own with a 1er Burg. Fruit is there but dry and tart, spicy and earthy. Wish I had more. — 3 months ago

2019 vintage. Medium body. Decent amount of oak present without overt, initial domination but with Hendrixian sustain/feedback. A spit of overripe red delicious apple swirling about + Persian lime and Meyer lemon. Hints of wet stone/minerals evident with a bit of sifting and sorting. Cushioned, sated finish on a 45-second, silken palate pillow. Personally, could use slightly more acidity in residence but this should maximum volume ready steady go for another decade. 01.19.25. — 2 days ago
