So...I had a birthday a couple weeks back.and due to scheduling, my regular bottle finishing team wasn't available until now, so we're finally doing it up in my grand, unique style.
Notes possibly tomorrow, scores honestly tonight.

Slightly vegetal, stone fruits, licorice and great acid. — a year ago
Fresh, light, simple, inexpensive, and elegant (both the Prosecco and linguine with clam sauce). Lemon, apple, pear, white peach, elderflower, with a hint of spearmint and a touch of buttercream. More concentrated on palette than nose. Lol that in Prosecco-parlance 13g/L of sugar qualifies as “Extra Dry.” That said, there is enough acid here to keep this wine refreshing , balanced, and food friendly. — 4 years ago
Could drink this every day. Perfectly balanced, medium-bodied 60-40% cab-primitivo. Dark cherry on the nose, smooth finish, delicious with steak, asparagus, roasted potatoes, and arugula salad. — 3 months ago
Drank at the end of 2023. Mellow (due to the age I presume) but full of flavors of tobacco and leather. Dangerously drinkable — a year ago
2021 autumn. Some initial brown funk blew off after a bit, allowing the soft, open-knit nature of the wine to show through. Plenty ripe in this vintage, and thus not the most taut, but a very enjoyable country Nebbiolo — 3 years ago
