Initial fruity scents blend smoothly with hints of dried fruits, leather, and a touch of smoky undertones and with a peppery & vanilla taste.
Makes an ideal companion for dishes like game meats, aged cheeses, or hearty red meat meals that are common in the Friuli region.

On nose, its warm and ripe fruits there, oak, black cherries, some white pepper. On palate, wine is medium bodied, fruit is still fresh despite of some aging, tannic at the end, and elevated acidity. This still need some time, try it after 2026 if you can hold it. Cheers! — 2 months ago
