Bright and good. I’m drinking it with frozen pizza and it’s an awesome night. — 6 months ago

2021. This is the “Long Élevage” aged an additional 14 months in barrel and with a higher percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon (75% and 25% Valdiguié) than the wine released earlier. A beautiful day today, but with rain expected the next four days, we decided to do some grilling now. Prime ribeye and smoky grilled asparagus, backyard (hen-of-the-woods and blue oyster) and farmers market (oyster and shiitake) mushrooms, Roquefort, and a red wine pan sauce. We loved this wine and at 13% it was a perfect accompaniment to the meal. — a month ago
2021. Had on day 1 and day 3 after opening with two different baked fish dishes. Tonight’s spicy mustard-ginger glazed salmon and charred Brussels sprouts turned out to be a great pairing for this aromatic field blend. — 3 months ago
2019. Lighter body (12% abv), but loaded with cran-raspberry and spice flavors. Smooth tannins with an acidity level that worked well drinking alone (but also paired great with a piece of ground lamb kebab snuck from the fridge!) — 8 months ago

2022. This is now designated as Bricarelli Ranch vineyard. We were grilling kebabs and vegetables and pulled two California Nero d’Avola rosés. This wine had deep red berry and ripe strawberry flavors. We all loved it but preferred it alone as the crisper Donkey & Goat paired even better with dinner. — 2 days ago
