Amazing example of both Aussie Shiraz AND sparkling. Full of flavour without the unnecessary spice. — a year ago
Mild fragrance of flowers and berries. Slight acidity, but enough punch. Will definitely hold up to burgers tonight! — 3 years ago
The 2nd of two Viogniers served blind by Sue Bell, and what a mouthful of flavour. Apricots - low to medium acid a honeyed note. French oak playing an accompanying role. A label new to me - a full throttle white to match the full bodied reds from the district. Very impressive. — 4 years ago
Wow, really impressive. So tightly wound but with gorgeous structure and fruit. I would have expected a much higher Cab Franc percentage. So fine and sophisticated, loved it. — 8 months ago
Took some time to open up but became delicious. Lots of fruit but not sweet. The splash of viognier softened the Syrah a bit. — 9 months ago
Pours dark opaque color. Expressive nose of blueberries, ripe strawberries, pomegranates, violets, cherries, leather, sweet tobacco, hint of salted caramel, vanilla. Intense concentration and high acidity on the palate with the lift that’s reminiscent or even exceeds Penfolds Grange. So much respect for this wine just absolutely floored at the power and balance. This will last decades. — 3 years ago
Absolutely delicious. Drank after a bottle of French champagne and what an absolute treat — 2 years ago
Opaque dark purple color. This wine took a while to open up. Not that great right out of the bottle but this wine developed with some air. Aromas were very savory and organic. (Violets, cedar, bramble and just a hint of blackberry). Blueberry , Blackberry and dark plum fruit flavors evolved with time. Not the fruit bomb I was expecting. Nice hint of smokey oak on the finish. — 3 years ago

Rich mulberry and blackberry aromas and flavors, rich yet not overripe, great balance, long, lingering finish, as fine as the bottle I drank in Australia, Simon is rocking it!! — 8 months ago
