Potent i suau a la vegada, una dualitat molt interessant. — 5 years ago
The Beaujolais of Catalonia. Very light at 11.5%. A bit more tannic, though. — 8 months ago

Has an apple-y ness & off dry approach which is scrumptious. As much a white wine as it is sparkling. Bordering on medium bodied and stood up to a weeknight meal of roasted sweet potatoes and shallots with harissa and mint, as well as baked chicken thighs with a garlic yogurt sauce and roasted cauliflower. — 4 years ago
Great value. I prefer with some more bottle time. Decant — 2 years ago
Notes of green apple, white peach and a hint of citrus. Bitter finish. — 2 years ago
Best trepat I have ever tasted. Fruity but balanced. Low tannins, light bodied and medium acidity. Strawberries with an earthy character. Extremely drinkable. — 4 years ago

From the master, Raul Perez with fruit sourced from his family estate, the Joven (rabbit label) is predominately Mencia from 40-60 year old vines and aged in INOX.
Splash decanted directly before service; enjoyed over the course of a couple hours. The 2023 pours a deep purple color with an opaque core; medium viscosity with moderate staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of blackberries, Montmorency cherry, horse blanket, purple flowers, licorice, and crushed rock. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. Charming, rustic stuff. Drink now through 2030. — 2 months ago
