Very Champagne like! Pinot Noir Blend from Burgundy! Light golden color, fine bubbles with a light creamy mousse and aromas of fresh fruit with floral scents. On the palate red berry and cherry flavors with nice underlying sweetness. Dryer than most Cremants I tasted. Long finish with lively acidity, good balance ending with fruit and slight yeast tang. Excellent value as a Champagne alternative. — 5 months ago
Super delicious, enjoyed this one being that my fiancé and I are big southern Rhône style wine lovers as well as other classical French wine enjoyers. — 3 years ago
Aged for 14 months in 50% new French oak, aromas of stone and citrus fruits with notes of smoke and fresh oven biscuits. On the palate flavors of ripe apple and pear, lime citrus with notes of smoke and cedar, well integrated, balanced acidity, long rich finish, ending with fruit and delicate yeasty notes. Very nice. Small quantities made. — 4 years ago
I got this magnum from Last Bubbles being sold on the rather regal description of the wine makers and the various plats from which they choose their blends. This was likely one of the best glasses of champagne I’ve ever had! The bright citrus followed by a nutty character backed by a sublime measure of acidity create a brilliant example of what champagne can be! — 6 months ago
Wow! Strawberries and vibrant fresh red fruit with such purity and great balance, pure candy to go with an amazing blueberry cheesecake dessert in a great restaurant. Floored by that pairing!
