Vintage 2014 | With the famous label of a monk that examines a glass of wine | Beautiful tropical fruit expression in smell, passion fruit and peach. Light gold colour, nice acidity on the tongue and sweet aftertaste. Vibrant, beautiful. Tasted on its own yesterday and today with a slice of toast with Bleu d’Auvergne. Life is good. — 7 months ago
Honeyed sweetness on the front. Slight petrol in the middle. Green apple pucker on the finish. — a month ago
2021, $16, excellent bargain. Excellent attack, seems to drop off in the finish. — 3 months ago
Upon opening there's the usual Riesling petroleum nose, but this cleared off quickly. This left a pineapple and apricot nose. And wow. Juicy pineapple and lemon, super fresh and juicy, and so smooth. This is gorgeous! Note: After drinking this for a bit we determined it was a little too sweet. We understood it was a late harvest wine so it is supposed to be sweet, so this is a personal preference. — 2 years ago
sweet wine with notes of peaches, honey, and dew, very refreshing especially on warmer days, slightly acidic — 2 months ago
A very nice, “normal” Auslese at 22 years with 10 more possible. Clean fruit, medium-bodied, and not overly sweet. — 9 months ago
So juicy and delicious with a dark chocolate flourless brownie. Amplified the cocoa notes with the brownie. Dark cherry, baking spice — 2 years ago
