Almost Grüner Veltliner in character. This bottle had a slow awakening and after about 45 minutes was showing incredible balance and concentration. Tbh, I should’ve waited a couple more years, but a real stunner. — 4 months ago
"Odedi"
Pale lemon in color with a light golden hue.
Fruity nose and full bodied with medium acidity.
Dry and fruit forward on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing yellow apples, ripe citrus fruits, spices, minerals, light herbs and earth.
Tangy finish with limes and light grapefruits.
This is a nice surprise. This 5 year old Pinot Gris is still drinking nicely, although will not get better from this point.
Showing a nice mouthfeel and feels more like a Chardonnay. Easy drinking and nicely balanced.
Good by itself or with food.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
90 points.
