A bold aroma bomb - refined in the Burgundian style but packs a scent and flavor punch. The glass is full of floral aroma - nectar, honeysuckle, wildflowers. Beautiful nectarine, stone fruit flavors. Elegant but bold - if she were a person she would be a bolt of laughing sunshine in a room. Super lovely wine. — a year ago
A more nose-shy KFW offering - subtle cherry, raspberry, black tea, cola nut on the nose. Lively, tart palate, lovely sip-friendly palate texture, touch of spice towards the finish, faint tannins. #eolaamityhills — 3 years ago
Brilliant. This wine has been reluctant to show the prowess of a 1982 Bordeaux but has evolved recently to show itself worthy of a great vintage and appears now ready for the long haul . Such a delight right out of the gate to enjoy. For those who follow the distinct palate of William Kelley, you will know the place this wine has today — 3 years ago

Great acid profile. Not too tanic But some good dryness — 4 months ago
From a Ken Wright vineyard, Ruby color with aromas of dark red/blue fruits, black tea, herb and floral spice. On the palate flavors of blueberry, blackberry and plum with tobacco, cedar, black pepper and herb spice. Smooth fine tannins, long finish, well balanced with acidity, ending with fruit, herb, spice and mineral stone character. Wish cork was protected and not exposed. Tasting Sample. A little pricey, but very nice! Organic! — 3 years ago

Love the Hyland Vineyard & Coury Clone. — 2 years ago
Touch of light orange pink hue…hint of strawberry, rhubarb, mushroom and forest floor. Just over 12 ABV but bringing enough weight to fool. 70% old vine Pinot and 30% Chardonnay blended due to fires snd smoke taint. Long, savory, grippy finish. Necessity is the mother of invention….decent table companion for late summer produce. — 4 years ago
