Heavy and dense but feral wine. Amazingly still needs time which I did not anticipate when ordering for happy hour with a colleague. Would love to check back in 5-10. — 3 years ago

Green apple, pineapple, minerality and a lovely waxiness. It's clean with a sweet acidity and notes of stone fruit. Really delicate and something I'd happily drink again and again! — 4 years ago

A grand cru BdB that’s usually a blend of 2 vintages. The latest release is 66% from 2018 and 34% from 2017.
Nice mix of stone fruit and citrus fruit, bread dough, white flower, and light ginger spice on the aromatic nose. Would like a bit more entry on the soft delicate palate. 5g/l dosage is about right for my taste. — 5 months ago

A classic, polished Champagne that delivers both charm and depth. Bright notes of green apple, lemon zest, honey, and brioche unfold with every sip. Fine bubbles and vibrant acidity keep it fresh and elegant throughout.
There’s a lovely balance of orchard fruit, floral hints, and that signature toasty croissant finish from bottle aging. Versatile and food-friendly, great with seafood, seared white meats, or simply on its own as a celebratory aperitif. 🎉🍏🥂 — 8 days ago
