Sweet like a carbonation taste but not overpowering. Dry but not bitter finish — 6 months ago
Slow oxed for two hours the wine both aromaticslly and on the mouth is somewhat monochromatic. Nevertheless it combines good balance and elegance and went well with dinner — 3 years ago
Deep ruby in color; smoke, cigar box, and black cherries on the nose; medium acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like hibiscus, cherries, plums, and a little eucalyptus with a long finish. I didn't think I would like this wine based on the aromas, but I am really enjoying it. — 4 months ago
I found this 2018 bottling uneven. However, this bottle was excellent. — 8 months ago
Nice wine to finish the evening with a crème brûlée. Not too sweet. Apricot, honey with some crispness. — 3 years ago
Nice color and enticing nose of autumnal forest and notes of overripe red fruits. A bit acidic on palate and medium finish. May have waited too long but still a nice wine for the very large Turkey wings! — 4 years ago
2020. I believe this is my first Romorantin based wine, so I read through the tasting notes here and was excited to try it. Rich orchard fruit, good acid, and definitely get the oxidized sherry-like notes some mentioned. Paired with snacks while watching the Masters. Not quite their Pimento Cheese Sandwich, but my goat cheese stuffed roasted red peppers and black olives went great with the wine! — 6 months ago

This wine leads with minerality but has flavors of lemon rind and stone fruit. 🫶 — 2 months ago
