Strong minerality and subtle salinity. Notes of pear, lemon, and some florals. Very clean and crisp. — 3 years ago

A very unusual wine.
Nose: Malvasia but elegant. Floral. Tropical. Nice brine.
Palate: lightly tropical. But big mineraliaty. Good acidity.
Great briny finish.

A darker rosé from Listán negra grape. Bought from Vino....Enjoyed by DMH — 5 years ago
I’ve had very mixed experiences with wine from the Canary Islands one day they taste delicious and then the next they are on the stinky side which some attribute to the volcanic soil... but this one is definitely one of the best I’ve had. Very Chablis like (immense minerality) with just a little bit of a reductive nose. Delish with chirashi 😋🍣 — 6 years ago
