Quite deep and richer fruit , blackberry , dark cherry , touch of bacon fat , fills out nicely on the palate. Raspy tannins , good acidity . Pretty good length. Balanced alcohol . Again needs more time , better in 5 years , will drink well for a further 5-10 — a year ago

A rosé but as far from a simple rosé as it gets.
Fresh, so fresh, with juicy underripe strawberries, a touch of cream, some wet moss and a herby whiff.

A real charmer, full of dark, ripe, sweet berries, a pinch of spice, some kirsch, a whiff of gingerbread. Very sexy.
On the palate this is medium bodied, round, smooth, velvety with ripe dark fruit, a hint of dark chocolate nibs, with a fresh, herby note, juicy acidity and a very smooth, long finish. The alc (14% alc) is slightly noticeable but overall this is a true crowd pleaser!
