2019 vintage. Another winner from this estate. Oak is still slightly dominant at first, but decanting does miracles as these wines are build to age. Stunning complexity and length for this price range. Definitely one of the finest values in the whole of Bordeaux!. — 4 years ago
2018 vintage. Douro red. Família Silva Branco. Aged 18 months in French oak. Dark red. A bit oak at first, but 5 minutes in the glass work miracles. Good fruit and spices, fresh acidity and well-tamed tannins. While the oak is integrated, I personally would like to see it toned down a bit. — 2 years ago
An old favourite but not quite as stellar as I remember it from the 2015 vintage. Still good though. Blueberry and boysenberry. Sandalwood, some subtle oak and a feeling of dusty candystore. Good acidity and a couple of years can probably work miracles. — 4 years ago

Youngish at sub 10 I suppose for a sav/chard under flor, but this is orgasmic. Worrying feeling ethat 2015 was a sub par year (cold? Wet?) And yet, here we are. Manzanilla salt lick at the end after a second or two is the party piece, apricots, smokey almonds, and all the usual Jura good things beneath. Was introduced to this by the sommelier in spanglais, with me deploying my most broken franglais. Miracles do happen. — 4 years ago

2016 vintage. Jérémy Chasseuil is working miracles here. Needs a bit of air, but after half an hour in the decanter it really started to shine. Intense perfume of raspberries, blueberries, violets, rosemary and a hint of truffles lurking in the background. Concentrated, with layers of red and black fruit and subtle spices. Velvety tannins and hardly noticeable oak. Very long too. Still very much under the radar, a great chance to buy a high end Pomerol for less than a 100 euro. — a month ago
