Light like a feather. Quite stinky on the nose. Drink now! 13.5%. Brown tinge. Touch oxidized. Subdued cherry, orange zest. Very fine grained tannins. A touch more fruit would be nice. At this point tastes like an old Burgh. Definitely drink up this will not further improve. Was fun with black cod prepared a la Nobu. Would i buy this again (No). This is in the end not one the producers in Burgundy which i would recommend (based on multiple bottles including GC’s over time). — a month ago

Decanted for about 2-3 hours before serving. Incredible nose and flavor profile. Very gamey. Lots of stewed fruit. Little medicinal. But came through and paired exceedingly well with lamb kebabs.
Had a little funk as it aired out but really sang at hour 4-5. Good grip. Will be excited to open the next one — 19 hours ago
