Fruity and a bit of chardonnay — 2 years ago
Before we take a sip, we must embrace this bouquet! The bouquet was amazing. Full of blackberries, cedar and oak. On the palet, this full bodied wine is on the dryer side but paired well with a Tuscan pizza! I guess it comes down to what you eat it with?! The Italians are the wine experts but the Portuguese do a great job! — 4 years ago

Great find! Took a chance at Costco on this Vinho Verde and it’s great. Light, refreshing and not too sweet. — 4 years ago
This was dope. What a surprise for muscatel. Dry, lemon, lime, so great. — 5 years ago
this is the type of Alentejo wine that I love. — 7 years ago
Got at the most amazing local and old method winery in the Douro Valley. A blend of old and new grapes - just enough sweetness and a beautiful floral bouquet! — 10 months ago
2023 vintage. Pulga is the top white wine from Quinta da Romaneira in the Douro valley. A blend of 75% Boal do Douro, 15% Viosinho and 10% Rabigato, 100% barrel fermented ( 60% in new oak). Reminiscent of a great dry Sémillon from the Sauternes region. This is only the second vintage produced from the Pulga vineyard. — a year ago
Really a wonderful white wine on our last night in Lisbon. From Bairrada, not sure I’ve had wines from there before. From the nose you can tell this is going to be long and refined. Mouth filling, with intense minerality, some salinity, excellent crisp acids, and a crazy long finish (especially at this young age). Really one of the better whites I’ve had in a long time and together with some of the Alentejano wines on this trip good marks for future exploration. — 3 years ago
My prologue to another trip to Portugal tomorrow. Very jammy (blackcurrant, ripe plum), vanilla and chocolate. — 4 years ago
Rich, dynamic, full-bodied with a subtle cranberry and smoke nose. Deliciously heavy on the tongue without being overwhelming. Had with Buffalo Cheese dip and blue corn tortillas. — 8 years ago
