Nice layers of cherry and raspberry with classic Santa Rita spiciness. In a very good place now 9 years from vintage. — a month ago
Pretty much a perfect pet nat.
Light salmon pink hue
Aromas of dried roses, strawberries, and watermelon that also come through in the palate — with yeasty, earthy effervescence.
I drank this 2 years ago and still think about it… — 9 months ago

Old-school hint of barnyard funk in the nose. Not enough for any concern, and it plays nicely with tangy, zingy macerated cherry and spice. A bit of crushed stone. Rapier-like acids propel the fruit along. Tannins are very soft. (Thanks to my brother @Angelo Casagrande for the gift!) — 8 days ago
