Decanted for 4 hours. In a spectacular way at the moment. Tannins resolved. Elegance and restrained energy — 9 months ago
Great! A plum and leather with smoke (from smokehouse). But, I think, the acidity is the key. Like a final touch. — 5 years ago

Tangy dark fruit. Great purity. On the palate a tart powerful but clean middle. Sour cherry, violets, iron, tang. Great stuff — 8 months ago
Hint of peppermint on the nose rolls back to reveal wormwood and roses, chocolate ganache, rhubarb, and dried grapefruit peel. Velvety and complex, with peppercorn, red apple peel, cinnamon dust, dried rose petal, dried violet, and roobios tea.

Delicious. Smokey raspberry, medium bodied, dry finish, leathery with a whiff of pepper. Buy buy buy again! — 3 months ago
Deep Ruby color with a bouquet of fruit, earthy herbs and floral notes. On the palate flavors of sour cherry and raspberry with notes of herb pepper, floral and earthy notes. Medium+ finish, ok balance with fine tannins ending with cacao, fruit and earthy nutty notes. Drink now! — a year ago
Quite nice. Decanted 2+ hours which I do think helped the finish come together a bit. Quite wonderful aromatically - very full with good dried flower notes. Medium tannins on the finish, but the acid is great and has that slight refreshing menthol lift I always enjoy. — 2 years ago
No nose. Very dry…tannins, dirt, earthy. Enjoyed it, but nothing overly notable. — 4 years ago
Nice barbaresco with a good bit of bottle age, but I fear we opened it too early and therefore it was not showing its best. Even with a 4 hour decant the nose was quite closed. Still would certainly have identified nebbiolo blind - the color, the nose, and the palate are quite traditional. Great acid holding things together at the end, and a long finish with quite integrated tannins. Nice but below expectations. Our only bottle - suggest holding a couple more years. — 5 years ago

Damn. This wine came out firing with minimal aeration.
Solid gorgeous fruit and depth. — 7 days ago
