Nice notes of melon and vanilla with balanced acidity and a mineral touch — 3 years ago
Unique Sauvignon Blanc AOC right in the middle of Burgundy. Light straw color, fruity citrus and grassy aromatics and flavors. Oak free, Balanced, Light>medium bodied with medium acidity. Textured skin contact mouth feel at the long finish. — 3 months ago

The nose is half chalk half lemon. I love it and it's really a terroir thing. The palate is a Sauvignon they had been dripped in coton and chalk (if there's a way to taste chalk). There's some width, there's lemon all along, and there's a finish that's rather long with the same notes hanging up there for quite a while. You gotta love that — 3 years ago
Nice! True classic — 8 months ago
Intense mineral, very perfumed fruit. Chablis isn’t just for Chardonnay. The freshness and vitality of this wine is striking. I prefer it to many highly sought after Sancerres. — a year ago

Delightful and elegant. Melon, lemon zest, minerals, a bit more body than expected. Complex, and the typical Sauvignon blanc characteristics don’t emerge immediately. Paired great with hearty seafood dishes. — 2 months ago
