What a lifted expression of a chard this is.
Nose doesn’t reveal too much, but there’s a hint of white flowers. Mid palate is all about honeysuckle with baking spices and baked apples. A cut grass note comes along for the ride. Pristine, squeaky clean, ethereal finish. Burgundy at its finest. Food would spoil the enjoyment of this example. — a month ago
