Could have let this one rest longer. Incredible fruit ripeness and depth for a 13.5 ABV. Going on day 2, and this wine is still thick and voluptuous, but the nose is an absolute killer. Plums, Christmas cake, ripe orange peel, cedar, and the list goes on. An unexpected and lovely surprise. Moving from 9.2 to 9.4. — 4 years ago
Beautiful, rich, creamy, hint of lemon. — 7 years ago
2019 Reserve - nice buttery Chardonnay that went well with a creamy sauce pasta primavera — 2 months ago
Our crew was mixed on this. This was my favorite of their Chardonnay lineup, but others were turned off by the overt floral notes from the acacia barrels. The others were wrong. — 6 years ago

Tropical nose a little heavy on the caramel/creme brulee, rich body with heavy mouth-feel, but low acid, finish is a little short — 7 years ago

This is some great Alexander Valley Chard;
Aromatic, both rounded and sharp on the palette, crisp but fruity acid and a decent finish. I think it could age well - become more rounded while retaining that acid and improve on the finish. — 8 days ago
