1999 vintage. Decanted and tasted after four hours. Medium/heavy body. Intense, dark color. Earthy, tannic nose. Plenty of grip and fruit and showing beautiful balance now. Not an Insignia fan but this was excellent and has plenty of quality time left. No rush to crush. 71% Cab, 21% Merlot, 6% PV, 1% Cab Franc, 1% Malbec. 3.5.24. — a year ago
My favourite Okanagan Rose. Dry wine with a creamy feel. — 4 years ago
Buttery, beach washed, sea salt.
Salt crush forreal. Melon, kind of Sauvignon Blanc-y. Tropical fruits. Balance leans towards acidity. — 5 months ago
Headline: “Yep that’s wine.”
A little more ‘watery’ and ‘grap-y’ than I think most would prefer, but very drinkable. — 10 months ago
2011 vintage and 100 % Okanagan Cabernet Franc.
Deep ruby red; impressive colour after 12 years.
Dried sweet raspberries, tobacco, sage .
and celery root on the nose.
Older dark fruit, tea, leather and garrigue. Tannins are smooth and acidity is still present and working well.
Owen Knowlton won Sommelier of the year in 2011 in British Columbia and was awarded the opportunity to make a wine with Okanagan Crush Pad…his choosing. 3 barrels…or 75 cases were made. Owen is a good friend and gifted me one of his last remaining bottles. — 2 years ago

Had the 2022 vintage in November 2024. It didn’t disappoint. Thanks Crush in NYC for recommending it! — 8 months ago
A little different from the Rosés I drink but pleasant. Soft on the palate with micro oxygenation. Blood orange, we’ll cook rhubarb, poached strawberries, orange & tangerine citrus blend, some white citrus, extremely soft powdery chalkiness, limestone marl, baguette crust, crush rocks, light red & pink florals ( roses), nice acid, well balanced finished fruit & earth. 80% Pinot 20% Chardonnay @ Compline Tasting Bar — 2 years ago

Wow. Delicious. Would definitely buy again. Thanks to the folks at Crush. Deep red cherries. I enjoyed this wine with a pasta with pesto, ravioli and sausage and a grass feed filet very versatile. But this! — 5 months ago
