Gold cap. Wonderfully fresh and intense. Still lifted. Fit perfectly resolved and balanced. Great stuff. — a month ago

Fritz Müller Perlwein Rosa Trocken Pinot Noir Blauer Portugieser

If Sour Patch Kids grew up and gave birth to a grapefruit, it would be this wine. Subtly sparkling with aromas of strawberry and flavors of grapefruit and red fruit candies with an almost sour acidity.
Super fun!!

Trocken Mosel Riesling 2021

Racy! Delightful and beautifully crafted. Not an overly full mouthfeel—just delightful and refreshing. 11.5% alcohol. But numbers aside, yum. — 8 months ago

Riesling 2022

A little off-dry. Not as perfect with dinner as I intended, but that’s on me. — 21 days ago

Brauneberger Juffer Kabinett Riesling 2021

Mineral, acid, and a good amount of sweetness. Could use a bit more structure to fight against the sweet minerality but it works out well with some diesel/exhaust notes and crisp unripe Bartlett pear notes. Very lovely. — 3 months ago

Fritz Müller Perlwein Trocken Müller-Thurgau

What a delightful surprise! Maybe you are deeply expert when it comes to Muller-Thurgau wines, but I was very happy to meet this new friend. A wonderful, fresh pear overtone with that racy Austrian acidity and crisp, dry finish—and it was sparkling! Not just a light frizzante but a full Prosecco-level mousse. This was wonderful with a zuppa toscano and some garlic bread, but I bet it would go with most anything. — 8 months ago
