Sticking with my rating from two years ago, but I would add tasting lavender and plum. Delicious! — 9 days ago
Fabulous! Love 100ml format. — 6 days ago
Blackberry jam, raspberries, slight vanilla, not the biggest cab but bang for the buck is good, and it is reasonably balanced at “only” 13.7%. — a month ago
After it opened up really enjoyed it with homemade pasta and red sauce! — a month ago
Really good cab sav someone gave us for engagement, not bitter at all but still rich (in a good way) — a month ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a few hours. The 2015 “Southing” pours a deep ruby color with a transparent core; medium viscosity with light staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe and bruised strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, red flowers, mushroom and fine baking spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin and medium acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. Drink now through 2035. — 19 days ago
Nice drinker with The Long Night episode. Blackberry, black current, graphite, little vanilla. Good wine for the price. — 21 days ago
Literally the best. — 18 days ago
At Bouchon (Venetian/Vegas). First time trying this; paired with vegetable gnocchi that had more of a tomato based sauce. Smooth. — a month ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of 90min. The 2024 “White Hill” pours a pale straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with bright notes of star fruit, passion fruit, stone fruits, lemons, a touch of freshly struck matchstick, some white flowers and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+ and slightly saline. I love the character of these wines. Really tasty stuff. Drink now through 2034+. — 2 months ago
Ruby color, with pronounced aromas of red fruits, floral, earthy cedar herbs and complex spice. On the palate concentrated flavors of blackberry, plum and cherry with citrus, tea, herbs, vanilla oak soft tannins on well balanced structure. Full body, rich long finish, ending with fruit, vanilla, floral and oaky spice tones. Very Nice! Will age a while, but nice now! — 3 days ago
Cherry, oak, and a hint of cinnamon. Medium bodied and approachable. — 4 days ago

Light bodied. Very good — 15 days ago
My last bottle of 2013 Art Series Chardonnay. This remains one of the top Chardonnays in Australia together with Giaconda and Bindi Quartz Block for mine. As per previous note aromatics of white peach and cashew together with mealy notes. Not as full bodied as other Art Series but certainly doing well at 13 years of age. I often identify a dried pear character and this has hints of that. 98 points from James Halliday. — 2 months ago

David Hirsch passed away this week - so this is a tough one. Gained complexity with time 4 days under Argon gas line. Mostly raspberry driven. No cherry here…. — 7 days ago
