It’s been a few years since my last bottle of this and some extra cellartime has turned out to be beneficial for this one.
Lemonoil, gooseberry, elderflower, succulent pears, chalky stones for minerality. Today, there is a lovely balance in its well-rounded richness and youthful freshness, its sweet and ripe fruit notes and its persistent mineral finish. — 9 months ago
