For me (though perhaps not for others) this is at its apogee. Rich nose has petrol and deep, bitter honey, dried apples and apricot. Some botrytis for sure. Dry, rich, and, to my taste, very slightly oxidative, nice acids and a long, earthy finish that shows honeyed fruit, liquid minerals, and even a bit of mushroom. — 3 years ago

Strikingly fragrant nose and intense palate. Juicy palate that finishes bone dry, stony and lengthy. Crunchy tart apple and citrus. Stand out amongst six Grand Crus from the same vintage and producer. — 6 years ago
Outstanding, rich, complex. Oily mouthfeel, kiss of rubber and petrol, golden honeysuckle. — 3 years ago
Basically all tertiary notes. Still acidic. But mostly molten leaves. — 4 years ago

I love me some grand cru Alsace Riesling and this measures up! Contemplative. Long finish. 2017
Beautiful color, nose of apricot, honeysuckle, straw, and loads of acidity. Imagine if you will a glass of lemonade on a hot summer day and it makes you want to just keep drinking it, this does that. — 17 days ago
