Three Sticks

Price Family Estates Pinot Noir 2022

Just a lovely fruit forward Pinot that’s easy drinking. A bit on the “heavier” side but that isn’t a deterrent. — 9 months ago

Laurent-Perrier

Brut Millésimé Champagne Blend 2008

Ming L
9.4

The nose is perfumed and deep with brioche, green apple, Asian pear, pink grapefruit, lime, freshly grind ginger, seashell, and touch of smoke. Fine energetic creamy mousses. The palate is vibrant yet supple showcasing the depth of rich fruits. The finish is precise and long.
Equal part PN and Chard all from grand cru. 2008 is just such a great vintage. No sign of aging, this one will have long life ahead.

Austin Hope

Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

This wine has a deep ruby hue with viscous tearing.

Aromas and flavors are highly expressive with notes of Luxardo black cherry, dried blackcurrant, ripe blackberry, juicy plum, violet, molasses, mocha, coconut, vanilla, clove, nutmeg, cardamom, dill, and leather.

On the palate, this wine is dry with a hint of residual sugar that has a softening effect. It has medium(+) acidity, a full body, high alcohol (15% ABV!), high tannins that are smooth and velveteen. The finish lingers.

It’s a rounded, full-bodied, and opulent expression that epitomizes the wines of Paso Robles.

@Boris Mathiszik wow what a wine. Visisted them last year did the full tasting. Fantastic wines!

Quilceda Creek

CVR Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Blend 2017

Too often this, wine is drunk at release. Just a little patience goes a long way. At 7 years the primary black and red fruit is still there with dried plums showing up along with cedar cocoa tar anise. Tannins still there so can go along a bit longer bit why wait — 9 months ago
