Nose of blueberries, black cherries, currents, light cedar, tobacco leaf, herbs and black pepper.
Full-bodied with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with black currants, plums, cherries, oak, spices, licorice, eucalyptus, light earth, herbs, black pepper and dark chocolates.
Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and cherries.
This Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley is still very young, but already enjoyable. Elegant and smooth with nice balance and mouthfeel.
Not 'in your face' kind of Napa Cabernet. Fruit forward, spicy and gracious.
Better after 90 minutes in the decanter, when more earthy notes show up to compliment the fruits. Alcohol is nicely integrated. Becomes even earthier after 4 hours in the decanter.
I had the 2018 three years ago, as a four year old, and liked it better.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years.
Complex, and interesting to drink by itself. Will also pair nicely with BBQ Meats.

Complex and engaging. Elegant, rich and fruit forward. I really enjoyed the nose, once it opened up.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 7 to 10 years. Has good potential to become a 94+ point wine.

Showing nice complexity with a nice mouthfeel. Spicy and entertaining.
The 2016 was a great vintage, and it is showing. This Single Vineyard cabernet will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years.
Good right out of the bottle, and better with airtime.

This young Cabernet Sauvignon from Oakville is starting to drink very nicely now. Still young but already very approachable.
Nicely balanced with a soft mouthfeel. Elegant and fruit forward, but not very rich. The high alcohol is well integrated already.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after an hour of airtime, when the pretty nose shows up.

It is very unique to find such a young wine with so much complexity. That's so surprising. Rich, yet elegant. Fruit forward and complex with many layers.

This Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is very approachable right out of the bottle, and better after 90 minutes of airtime. Gets more complex as it opens up.
The nose really blossoms after 3 hours, with lots of cedar, chocolate and cola notes.
Will continue to age nicely over the next 10 years. Would be nice to visit it again in 5 years. Has good potential to become a 94+ point wine.
Really good by itself as a sipping wine, and good with food too. I paired it with meats, crackers and cheeses. Paired very nicely with the French Blue cheese.
