Two Pinot Noir lovers, Adam and Dianna Lee, founded Siduri Wines in 1994, producing only four and a half barrels of Pinot Noir that first vintage. Now they make over 10,000 cases of Pinot Noir. Dark Ruby with dark rich fruit aromas and sweet smoky spice, aged 17% in new French oak. On the palate blackberry and ripe cherry flavors with sweet cacao and baking spice. Focused soft tannins, balanced acidity on long finish, very nice! — 5 years ago
100% Alsacian Pinot Noir Sparkling Rose’. Attractive salmon-pink color. Bright red fruits on the nose. Red apple on the pallet. Nice stream of small bubbles and a very creamy texture. Bright and lively! — 3 years ago

Chiseled and stony. Lime and slate. Acid in spades. Blind tasters were leaning Albariño and I don’t blame them. Uncharacteristic for the hotter/fatter vintage. Can’t find a lot on this wine and don’t know if “Hofberg Reserve” is an entirely different bottling than “Hofberg”. — 15 days ago
