Fruita vermella i pocs tanins. Acidesa moderada per una mica de fusta de fons. Final llarg i agradable. Molt recomanable. — 6 years ago
I will be forever grateful to the good people of Macon's main hospital, for taking in my Joe when he was pilgrimaging in France, and collapsed from what turned out to be a diabetic coma. Their good hearts are reflected in this marvelous white Burgundy-- balanced, dry, with hints of peaches, elderberry and love. Bought at tableWINE. — 9 years ago
— 12 years ago

I am really enjoying this complex wine. There are tastes of honey, brown sugar, licorice and lemon, complimented with a musty nose. An excellent pairing with paella. — 5 years ago
Had a wooden feel to it, is how I would describe it...think I prefer the other George...J thinks should age some more — 8 years ago
Herbs and blue fruit on the nose. Unique flavors of stewed plums and baking spices punctuated with dark cherries, espresso and oak. A really nice finish. Paired really well with our Christmas lunch of turkey with all of the usual side dishes. I might be in a food coma very soon. — 10 years ago
I love the finish on this ipa. Ultra clean — 11 years ago
Listen everyone: this is the last #lost #soul of #sicily #winemaking#winemaking#winemaking #wine #perfection in a bottle! And believe me if I say this: NO need to save money on car insurance by switching to #geico to afford it at all ! To me, at a personal level, it's the most #compelling #sexy #spicy #fruit bottle of red coming from the island of #sicily from 2011 vintage. It's a blend of pure #nerodavola & #Syrah from the baglio soria property of #firriato and believe me - it's limited and you will be #seriously having a wine #coma when you open a bottle if you find one. Dispite the press that said: "it's Stunning" this is one of the kind of wine "YOU" need to be the judge for it! So without further crap, let me introduce you to Firriato Sant'agostino Baglio Soria Rosso 2011 - Winner of the Tre Bicchieri Award and superlative made by one of Sicilian most #ridiculouslydelicious winery. If you find this BUY IT ! It's in the $20 range 😎 @soilairselection @incol @jmolesworth1 @bsandersonwine — 12 years ago
Picture wrong from label. Is a white Sauv. Don't know if it was a gift or if I got it for ugly sweater — 4 years ago
I absolutely love how luscious this white blend from Tank is. Their mixtures are ever mindful and always interesting and delicious. This one has a deceptively light body by sight, but is bright, juicy peaches and violet and petrol until the cows come home. Unctuous and full bodied with an echo-y finish. — 7 years ago
Had it with Tony at a bar in midtown that didn't know what they had!
Amazing floral flavor with just a hint of funk that I loved. Tony of course could have stood for it to be a little smoother, which is the only reason it isn’t a perfect 10, but it was really up my alley. — 9 years ago

2009. Fresh from my COMA (can’t opine much anymore), I am greeted by the opulence of sauce Périgueux over smoked applewood bacon wrapped top sirloin. Four black truffles gave themselves to the dicing knives to achieve the feat. Purple Black and cloaked in sooty tar. Rings of pipe tobacco brooding. An olfactory, fungal, tor impudicus waving its spongey menace. Candied currants, bursting blackberry, dessicate plum, and dark earth beneath the litter of the fall. Braised offal. Coffee rye. Tart and black cherry punctuate the entry of swift and silken shadow overwhelming palate. One’s heart is black but this is blacker. Baked blackberry jus.
