RP 95 and WE 93 This is good. It has a great nose, it’s well balanced, and has good structure, may be a bit simple, but sometimes I love that. There’s a purity of fruit that I like as well. I just don’t love the profile. I wanted to, but there is an earthiness / mushroom that was out of place IMO. Both on the nose and palate. Great deal on this right now and I was going to pick up volume (I’m stocking up on ‘16’s, think it’s gonna pay off big) just not on this one. Please give me a hollar if you have this and think it’s great. — 7 years ago
Teldeschi vineyard. Big powerful zin but very smooth. — 7 years ago
This dark ruby wine’s nose shows bright red cherry and plum, black pepper and hint of vanilla. The palate features big fruit, mocha and a nice savory tobacco edge. Great tannins and acidity make it a wonderful wine to pair with beef. The oak treatment is beneficial, not overdone. The wine finishes strong with fruity earth notes. — 7 years ago

This Sunday evening after my work weekend; which was actually one 12 hr. Shift short; (Covid vaccine #2 kicked my behind! ⛑). I have opened this Napa Cabernet!. I am the only wine Connoisseur in the household so my collection is humble and am trying to desperately NOT open certain wines!
I have to remind myself that wine has its journey and sometimes it is just awesome to taste a wine where it is at in this moment!
Sure this might be better in five years, this wine is delicious and reasonably priced! Presents with mild Tannins, Bing Cherry, cedar big time, pencil lead, soft vanilla, mocha and subtle baking spices!
No regrets! Cheers to your work week! Vintage

Blackberry and plum aroma. In the mouth it’s heavier, spicier, and hotter. It brings in wood, black pepper, and pretty strong acidity. It might settle down with some air. But first impressions is that it’s big and interesting, and a good value. — 7 years ago
Big fella! Very oaky , very much our style — 7 years ago
I’m not a big pro at white wines but wanted something refreshing to sit outside with to enjoy today’s cooler weather. I normally like unoaked Chardonnays but I do like Francis Coppola wines so thought I’d try this one. It’s very dry with tropical fruit tastes. Has a nice long finish that makes you want the next sip. Now all I need is some sharp white cheese and crackers! — 8 years ago

I’ve built up a collection of different vintages on these Edge Hill thanks to @Martin G Rivard introducing me to them. Definitely a decant Chardonnay & day 2 drinker, like a big Cabernet. — 8 years ago

Each vintage has been great so far,
This wine pairs perfectly with a ribeye especially right after you just ate a nice juicy piece. It’s a bit in the dry side but it has a big berry flavor with some, I think, espresso flavor when it’s still a bit cool. That changes over to a chocolate flavor on your cheeks but also seemed to slip away after it warmed up further. The berry flavor lingers in your mouth along with the dry finish so that’s nicer than most dry wines. Overall it has a lot of depth and is pretty fun to taste. Since it was $150 and a dry wine, I tended to rate it a bit down since I’m not into dry wines and probably better wines for less. I rate it a A-/B+ because of the above. — 5 years ago
Cherry notes, big, big wine. Very good. — 6 years ago
This wine was marked on clearance - big mistake! It’s worthy of a lot more than what we paid! Full bodied and great tasting. — 7 years ago

The Summer Honey from Big Sky Brewing is a light and crisp beer with a dash of honey (without being too sweet!!). A perfect refresher after a hike to a beautiful alpine lake! @Taylor Angino, we'll enjoy it with you next time!🏔🐻🐿 — 8 years ago

When you pop one and decant and then taste you never really know what to expect but gratefully my family on Delectable has helped me so much - I know it is holidays speaking but we have so much as a group to thankful for - to you and yours - have a glorious holiday
This wine has been resting for a long time - I have decided to start drinking wines that I was storing as I cannot take them with me so Dilly Dilly
What a wine what a wine what a mighty good wine
Dark purplish red as is the season - when I taste I immediately smile and laugh with hohoho sound - the smell is amazing with all the kitchen sink ingredients but somehow I smell mistletoe and cinnamon - ''tis the season again" - and the finish is long like when you watch a big snowflake fall from the sky - it takes forever and ever
Starting my annual Christmas wine journey and again thank you folks for making the wine taste even better with your likes and comments - more wine to come tonight and tomorrow
