This is a very tasty Chardonnay from Lazio, Italy. Feels like a white Burgundy.
Showing nice complexity now, and feels young. Oaky and spicy. A good quality wine.
This 4 year old is easy drinking and good by itself or with food.
Aged in used French oak barrels for 12 months on the lees.

Bought at the winery in August. Light, but so fragrant and flavorful. Works beautifully with our Pollo alla Romana. Cinnamon-spiced berry juice and crushed rock on the nose. Broadly-flavored. This is a good quality wine. Tasty and good by itself or with food. Very elegant, tangy and spicy.
